A cottage to return to time and time again
A beautifully kept cosey cottage with all the comforts of home but with such amazing views across the Moray Firth to the Black Isle its hard to tear yourself away. The cottage is pet friendly and has a neat, safe garden for pets to enjoy. Ardersier is a small village but has all the amenities of a larger place with good eating places on hand without the need to drive. Love it. Will be back!

This cottage is lovely with a superb view. Extremely well equipped, comfortable and feels very private. Kitchen is great with everything you need, lots of books and DVDs, ample everything! Lynn (owner) has definitely gone above and beyond. All the goodies she left us and our labradoodle were sweet, kind, thoughtful and much appreciated. Very dog friendly with secure garden, and amazing Nairn beach is just minutes away. Great location too for many days out, food options and for the convenience of Inverness. Highly recommend and would love to come back and stay again soon. A week just isn't enough! Do contact Lynn directly though if shows booked on Trip Advisor as she manages it through her own site. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

Lovely cottage with everything you could possibly need. Lynn has thought of everything and has made a folder with all the places to visit places to eat walks places of interest. A nice touch was the welcome package that Lynn left for us with all the essentials we would need milk, butter, bread, tea, coffee even free range eggs and even better was the welcome gifts for the dogs new toys treats and even poo bags. What a great stay we had and the garden was just perfect WE HAVE HUSKIES!
Loved our stay we will be back xx

Well worth staying at again and again ...
Very pleasant stay with all the facilities you would desire with off street car parking available and also very central for travelling all round the Beyond Inverness and the Moray firth coastal regional area.
Also very welcoming for well behaved pet dogs to stay which really suits us.

What a wonderful place to stay
Dolphin View cottage is located in a lovely village with wonderful views over to Chanonry Point. The cottage is cosy and well equipped and was a perfect base for our holiday. We travelled with our 2 dogs and were delighted to see a welcome pack for them as well as us, a lovely touch we've never experienced before. The owner was so helpful from the point of booking and provided lots of information about dog friendly walks and places to eat prior to our visit. The enclosed garden is very secure and the dogs were safe and happy playing out there. We walked to Fort George along the coastal path, it's well worth a visit and we were able to watch the dolphins from the ramparts. We took the dogs to Nairn, Lossiemouth, Chanonry Point, Embo and Dornoch beaches and they had a ball running around them all. We also saw the dolphins from the Chanonry Point beach, very close to shore. We had a wonderful holiday and were reluctant to return home. We would highly recommend it.

Better then what we anticipated! Truly a wonderful Cottage.
We were searching for a 'pet-friendly' holiday cottage near Inverness when I found Dolphin View at Ardersier. From the minute I booked it, Lynn the owner contacted me and introduced herself and provided me with so much helpful information that made me feel that I had selected the correct holiday cottage for us and our 2 dogs. We cannot fault the Cottage or it's location at all and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Lynn kindly left a Welcome Pack with food and even treats and gifts for the dogs. That to me was just going that extra special mile for your guests as many other top Hotels/B&B/Self Catering just don't do that. Lynn is a truly wonderful host and ensure's that you have a pleasant stay in her Cottage. The garden is secure for the dogs and they were also very happy. Even the Neighbours were very friendly and Ardersier is a lovely village with loads of nice walks and places to go, sadly we never saw any Dolphins (next time). I would have no hesitation in recommending this (Pet- Friendly) cottage to others who wish to have their beloved pets with them on holiday. We can't wait to back in 2016.
