From the 1st October 2023, all hosts offering short term accommodation in Scotland must have been granted, or applied for a licence from their local authority.  This ensures that the host complies with certain criteria, including fire safety, legionella safety checks and electrical safety checks. We take your safety very seriously and applied early, we were granted our three year licence in April 2023.
